Hard Pass. I’d rather go for Nylander for less cost

Wow. Honestly if im the Leafs I strongly consider this. Extra cap savings could be put towards Pyjama boy 2.0

I'd do Kane and a 1st for Nylander but TOR would be smart to keep Nylander over Marner bc of controlled cost and cap hit-to-production ratio. (I wouldn't say this if they didn't have two other forwards who are also 10.8+mil.)

Pass on Marner. Only Leaf I want on the Sharks is Matthews. Maybe Nylander.

Ehh what's a little franchise-altering trade when you can reunite Father Patty with his adopted son Mitch...

I'd pass, last thing we need is to make this team even more top heavy, and sell off even more futures.

Not to pick favorites, but I like his other adopted son Auston better

Leafs probably pass. Kane has too many off ice issues to consider acquiring him. Change the deal revolve around Meier instead and it'd get considered. But Marner's not getting moved anyways

Meier isn’t getting moved either though. And with Kane, he’s been more than fine off the ice the last 3 years or so as far as I can tell.
