Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Designed with the idea that Lindblom and Patrick will draw into the lineup as Fletcher has indicated he expects them both to. He also said we will not be super active in the FA market, but need some D depth. Assumed DeMelo walks as WPG targets bigger fish, fills the role Braun left. Retained most of the AHL depth and Pitlick, Grant Thompson and Braun gone.

Not sure why the Flyers would want Skinner in that trade when the cap space is most valuable, but I see your point.

I'm also operating on the idea that Buffalo will probably waive or buyout Okposo or Hutton. Buffalo could use some scoring help and I think they're done w Tage Thompson.

Seems ownership likes Okposo so I think he's on the roster, also it was said there would be no buyouts. Sending Okposo to the AHL saves almost 1.1M but I guess that's not happening either. If it was good enough for Moulson why not Okposo?
BTW Sabres decline, we don't need another LW'er

Owh phili obviously wants skinner to get younger and faster in place of wiser and tougher. Cuz they learned nothing from the playoffs ;p

This is not even the point. We just don't really need JVR. We have Skinner and Olofsson in the top 6 on the left, players of a similar type, there is Kahun probably for the third line, we probably need another RW and a slightly different type than JVR.

Fair enough, I'm not as familiar with their roster and I got it mixed up which wing needed help more. Plus, I really just wanted to dump his cap for the sim lmao
