Description

So with the talk of us getting bigger I wanted to do a build and see what we look like. All the players I am trading for or as FA are 6'5 and above. This also give our younger D on the left more time in the minors to grow getting more mins.

Carson Soucy at 6'5 did good in Min playing bottom mins.

JAMIE OLEKSIAK at 6'7 and playing bottm 6 on D should be getting top 4.

SCOTT MAYFIELD at 6'5 would play bottom 6 on D for us.

Mantha’s better than DeBrusk so if anything you’d need to add a pick. However, it doesn’t matter since Mantha is staying in Detroit regardless

Krug’s a UFA so he has little to no value. Mantha had 4 more points than DeBrusk in 22 less games and is a power forward which carries more value. If you genuinely think that DeBrusk is better than Mantha there’s no point having an argument cause that’s just flat out wrong.

Lol one is a real prospect that left to play in sweden for a couple years. I think he’ll come back eventually but he was really blocked in boston once they got coyle. The other left for the KHL like 5 years ago. He’s gotta be in his late 20’s, and is worth legit nothing. The deal is a travesty. It’s a 3rd rounder for mayfield in terms of value.

What a joke we're not trading for TKs right when we sure as hell know that he's 100% signing with us. And we sure aren't giving up Mantha in the process what a joke.

His contract is so good. I think it’s a 2nd and a decent prospect.
