Not giving Danault more than 5.5M and even if he had a bad season I’d give Domi 6M long term right now.

There's 0 chance he's getting more than 7M with the season he just had. If I had to bet it would be a bridge contract simply because of his bad season and the cap staying flat

If we sign him 2 years that bring him straight to UFA, so it would be a 1 year bridge deal

This flatcap is going to affect contracts more than usual. I se players taking less money short term deals until teams have more flexibility in 2-3 years
