All the trades are pretty bad, but what stands out the most is that buffalo trade

Elaborate on Strome. If the cost is a 2nd, Minnesota is all in. That seems like a low price, maybe ship Maata over as well to open some cap space to even it out?

It seemed like the values were low. I’m trying to get a sense for how much Strome would cost, any insight on that?

A mid round first (15-20) would be a start.

The trade with Toronto seems to be right. But I can’t help but think they are better off going after a player like Demelo and keeping their assets.

WOW this is bad.

Hawks easily say no to the Buffalo, Toronto and Minnesota trades; they are getting fleeced!

No, not even close. Lillypad and a 2nd aren't worth Murphy and Bracco has little to no value. Hawks have Mitchell, Boqvist, and Regula; Lillypad would battle Regula for the 3rd line spot. Would you have traded Kappanen for Lillypad and a 2nd? I'd hope not.

Actually yes but different team needs for sure.

I mean a 1st and a 2nd round prospect or a 2nd and a first round prospect are pretty close.

I’m higher on Lilly than most though. I actually really like his 2 way game.

My point was with ufa coming up the leafs might be better served looking in that direction. I also don’t think Demelo will get that much.
