well that's just stupid. Bozak Is still a quality NHL center, would easily be the 2C on DET. Makes a bit too much, but that's why you get him for as cheap as a 4th - plus, what else do you need your cap space for? He makes your team better, but I doubt he'd waive to go to such a bad team

Yes maybe in a normal world, but in a flat cap, cut cost world, for a rebuilding team like the wings to take on any contracts that are hampering other teams, you will add assets or you can keep the contract. We aren't doing teams a favor because he makes a little bit too much for you. You need the cap space, we have the cap space, you want the cap space so the equation equals you give up something to get something. Wings aren't taking him to be a tiny bit better and have a guy who can fill a spot for a year just to help you out.
