That Nashville trade is horrible. So Nashville gives you their top prospect and we take back a fairly large cap dump and we get a 1st that we can only hope to get a player like Tomisino and a 3rd. That’s beyond bad

the only way NYR trades kravtsov is for an equally impressive young center. Which you either do not have or will not give up.

Rangers give up: A Top 6 winger, a very good prospect, a young potential starter
Rangers get: A F who might not even be qualified, A bottom pair Dman (at BEST), a bust, an AHL/ECHL tweener goalie, next years 1st, 2 years from now 2nd

...wut

Kravstov trade value is very low right now (whether it stays low or not is another question). But not a great time to package him. Give him year or two in KHL.

He literally has 6 goals in the first 7 games of the KHL season at 20 y/o and you're saying his value is low right now?

Points =/= goals and Ryan Spooner is 28, not 20.

I cannot tell if you are being serious or not.

But if you are, 6 games is a small sample size and should not be used to overlook the last two years. There are plenty of players who light up the KHL, but can’t get into the game in NA. Give him a year over there and bring him back, see what happens. Either way, a six-game stretch is got going to impact other teams valuation in the short-term.
