cant buyout guys into the season. you will have to do it during the dedicated buyout windows which will be before the season starts and Tarasenko is cleared to play

Maybe trade either bozak or steen with retention then, we are pretty close in cap anyway

I think you can move Bozak retained pretty easily.
just was a general comment based on your description, not meant to negative critique of your roster. You have options to get that cap space

he could probably get 4x4.5 or something, but in this scenario he takes a 1 year deal and hopes to have a bounce back season, so he can cash in next year
