really cant see that being enough. stud and debrusk are great but not even close to enough as Lauzon and Ritchie have limited value

BUF would counter with something like Stud, DeBrusk, Carlo, JFK, Beecher or Vaak, and 3 firsts. so really your whole farm lol.

Not even remotely close enough to get Eichel

If he becomes available,
at least half the league would beat that offer

The most legitimate Eichel offer I’ve seen so far is from Ottawa
Brady Tkachuk & all 3 or their 1st round picks this year
That probably sounds like a lot,
but he’s under contract for 6 more years.
Buffalo would be in no hurry to move him unless they get a great offer

Rather wait and see if Barkov his the UFA market and then just sign him instead

Barkov should be the target. Bergeron/Barkov contract expire at same time. Bruins would have plenty of cap space to sign Barkov. Fits the Bruins mold and a perfect player to replace Bergeron.

Any deal for Jack Eichel starts with DeBrusk+Carlo this trade doesn't even move the needle.

Ooooh, that might be ok. Plus, we would still have 2 or 3 top 5 picks coming because we will be beyond awful for a few years. Wait, maybe that doesnt sound so great.

Adding scoring to the Krejci line is priority. Not give him away for picks.

I’d do it,
then trade for the other Tkachuk brother & build the team around them
Draft Byfield/Stutzle at pick3
Draft Rossi at pick5 or pick8
Then we’d have those 2 plus Cozens at Center,
and be pretty strong on the wings
