As much as it sucks to tear everything down right when things were getting better, I don't see a path to being a legit contender with the direction the Coyotes were going under Chayka. There are some nice pieces to work with moving forward with Keller, Hayton, Jenik, Dvorak, Chychrun, Soderstrom, but it seemed like a team headed straight towards the mushy middle that Minnesota has been stuck in for five years now. I think it's best to acquire more picks and develop a deep, talented roster for around 2023

I think if they’re going to trade him it’s important to get picks for this years draft. Not only because it’s a great class, but because they can sell to the fans that we traded OEL for talent that’s coming soon, not 3-4 years from now. So 2020 first is a must. And they need established players coming back not a lottery ticket and a rental. Not sure who EDM has to offer in that regard

The big problem for that is any team that is interested either doesn't have the pick (Boston) or Refuses to move it (Edmonton). Best chance is with the third team which is Calgary, but they would need cap going the other way to make it properly check out. The estavlished player i recommended before was actually RNH, who would come with an extension of 6.5M and would autimatically become the 1C, but i felt the value was favoring Arizona somehow
