Our goaltending is fine. I don't understand all of the posts about buffalo getting another goalie. Ullmark is the starter and will be until UPL is ready. If you wanna upgrade Hutton then fine, but we don't need to spend a lot of assets on another starter

Its my understanding that Arz wants kuemper and likes crouse, you might need to drastically up the sabres end on that deal. Or...seeing as our goal tendings not bad same deal for adin hill

Crouse being part of that deal makes it completely lopsided. Rumours are ARI wants a 1st and a 2nd for Kuemper, so take him out imo.

Its just the absolute worst position to overpay for. Serious question, who is great? Who is your top 5 goalies in the league? How many goalies are considered top of the class one year and middle of the road the next? Remember when robin lehner was just some scrub that couldnt stop a penalty shot? And then he got out of a toxic environment and was a vezina finalist? On like 3 different teams? Do not overpay for a goalie. Not in cash. Not in cap. Not in assets. Grab one from the saturated ufa market and upgrade your d and centers. Makes all the difference.

Hutton has negative value with his cap hit. Caps can get someone better and cheaper through free agency.
