Bolting for Joy

Created by: Sonuvabirch69

Initial Creation Date: Sep. 23, 2020

Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Johnson likely goes to the Kraken next year, and I can envision a scenario where he teams up with TJ Oshie to tear **** up.

As for Sergachev, he’ll get an offer he won’t refuse. Also, I doubt Boston would be one of the teams interested in him, but they’re there just as a placeholder.

Killer was in a 60 point pace. He'll get 2nd+3rd, easily.

Agreed. I thought they were not moving him at all?

I’m just simulating the offer sheet. It’s be too risky for the Devils.

Look at the compensation requirements for picks to give up when offersheeting an RFA. Then there’s always the possibility of the team retaining his services for that amount of time.

First and a third this yr, 2nd next.
Lesser pucks can be prospects but the ones you'd want i probably wouldn't offer up

Picks in '20 are better options, at least at Fwd

If you either retain whatever you can or only a third rounder then Berge might consider it
