Description

Trying something here since Steen and bozak seem have positive value at 50% retained and I want the Blues to pick with their first rounder instead of burn it in a 1 yr cap dump like people always post here.

Disclaimer: I'm aware that waiving no-trade clauses is a prerequisite that is not very realistic but let's go with it. Just showing that maybe the cap can be moved with some money retained and no first round picks lost in the process.
