IMO it makes sense for both sides, but Melnyk is the cheapest GM in the league (now there's a pandemic) so he may not want to make the financial commitment.

Umm... I'd rather keep Faulk, Zaitsev sucks. Faulk has produced in the past and had a down year last year, but if Petro is gone I feel like Faulk could step up.

7 years is just too much. That contract wont look good right when OTT needs to try and be competitive
