every team declines except the wild, but the isles would decline that one.

All the RFAs laugh at those offers, not even close. You cant get rid of Boychuk and Komarov for nothing

Why not? He seems to be walking on water with the undeserved GM of the year award and the fact that all of the players that he inherited are preforming well.

no because its gonna cost a 1st to dump Boychuck a 3rd to dump Komorov and another 3rd or more to dump leddy

Also not enough on Kubalik Kids making more (4mill +).

Values of the dumps are eschewed. Include a first in the Boychuk deal and that works (maybe not to Colorado), but that kubalik trade seems like a no go

Not bitter. Just realistic.

I like Lou. I like him a lot. I always have. I probably always will.

He inherited a great group of young players there that are responsible for the Isles's surge.

The award should have gone to the deserving winner, Julien Brisebois. Denying that is just denying reality and Islander cheerleading as far as I'm concerned.

Fill yer boots man. That is a good young team there that Garth Snow built.

Lou's got some work cut out for him this offseason for sure. I think Caps could use someone like Josh Bailey. What would it take to get him? Remember, this will give the Isles some nice cap room to sign their 3 RFA's. Then Beauviller and Pelech next year too. Man...

You're not getting anything in return for Komarov or Boychuk.
