Description

With the over stacked blue line the Pens now have, expect more trades to come and one or two blueliners are on the outs. All these trades are just place holders and mean nothing. Pens need to move more salaries if they truly are shooting for a mid $70mil cap. Please discuss.....

Going to be the hardest one to move so unless his part of a package which loses the Pens more picks or what limited prospects they have.....he's a Pen next year

Might be the easiest to move as he is a solid defender that I think any team would have in their top four. May not be here after Matheson trade.

Dumoulin, Brian

These two are the wild cards. Pettersson is solid and Riikola just needs ice time to improve. Both could be moved and both could stay.

In conclusion, I feel that Dumoulin and JJ both get moved this offseason. Most likely not together. JJ gets moved as part of a package maybe with Rust, Poulin or GOD forbid POJ.

I think you will see a Murray + either JJ or MP in a deal.

I don't think you trade Dumo. He is our best D man and if we are going to still contend as GMJR says you don't move him.

Agreed. But he is also the easiest one to move so I wouldn't put it passed GMJR to trade him for a forward prospect and/or a pick.
