Virtanen isn't worth that much honestly.

hes only 24. Had around 40pts. I think a B- prospect and a 3rd round pick is fair

I feel like people wouldn't give up that much for Armia and he's better than Virtanen but maybe I'm wrong.

EDIT: Armia is the same or better than Virtanen but I don't think people would give that much for Armia. Just clarifying.

Pass on Laine. He's too streaky and one-dimensional and makes too much money already. I'd rather keep Turcotte. He'll be on an ELC for the next 4 years and is rights' controlled by LA for at least 7.

I think Armia vs Virtanen is pretty close but Virtanen is a few years younger and under team control. Armia is a UFA after next season

Its interesting to see other teams top prospects offered but Habs fans have been told over and over Laine would cost Caufield with multiple other pieces so I doubt they think this offer gets it done

Turcotte was taken before Caufield and is a better prospect

A decent value offer to start with. I guess it would depend on how highly the Jets value Clague. I just don't know if the Jets would move Laine for straight futures.

I'd definitely do a 3rd and Thomas for Virtanen

Trading young players within the division sucks but that's something the Canucks would have to accept.

I wouldn't call Alex Formenton, Shane Pinto or Josh Norris B prospects, and Fagemo is rated more highly than Formenton, Thomas is projected more highly than Pinto, and Anderson-Dolan rated more highly than Norris.

Yeah don’t agree with that. Norris projects as a 2C right now and is an A- prospect. JAD doesn’t rate higher than that. Fave I isn’t better than Formenton. Thomas and Pinto are close.

Norris is A- Formenton B+ Pinto B. Norris is coming into next season where Suzuki was at the start of this year with MTL

So just like the analyst who said Byfield should go 6th overall? Go look at Norris and Formenton’s rookie AHL season and come back to me. Norris absolutely tore it up this year in the AHL. Pinto started playing hockey late so Sens thought he had more potential than he showed when they drafted him and they were right.

Ok. All I know is Formenton projects as low top 6. Norris as a 2nd liner right now but more likely to be a 1st liner than a 3rd liner. I don’t recall a lot of Kings fans being very high of JAD or Fagemo or even Thomas. A couple of other Kings fans said they expect them to be bottom 6 players

Have a look at Dobber Prospects. And tell me where I should go to see different evaluations.

I’ve seen Dobber I don’t always agree with it. How old is the article anyways

Well I don’t agree with it. Norris won rookie of the year , JAD is in no way shape or form better than him. I wouldn’t include Norris in any trade unless it lands Eichel or Barkov
