I've seen so many Kerfoot/Johnsson/Engvall trades, but very rarely do I see them going to FLA. I think FLA makes a ton of sense for these players if TOR is looking to change it up and trade them. FLA needs top 9 (Engvall is more bottom 6, but you get my point) forwards and centers without breaking the bank, so it makes a lot of sense. Not sure I like this particular deal for FLA, but I think they are good trade partners.

Hes more of 3rd round pick value at this point.
Hes not getting an NHL dman and a 3rd rounder, he hasnt done anything of value in the AHL or NHL,
