    Nothing like commenting to yourself!

In this scenario, the Blackhawks would arguably have the best group of four centermen in the League, all with plenty of experience. Substitute Bickell (with $1M retained) for Versteeg in the first trade, then Panarin could make and stay with the big club. The defensive corp does seem to be weaker but with Oduya back not quite as bad.

Stan may have made his once-in-a-lifetime trade already in Saad to Columbus but maybe he really does have a pair...

Pens fan here. There's no way on this planet that we'd trade Pouliot. We didn't even move him in the Kessel deal, so what makes you think we'd do it for Seabrook?

I don't happen to think Toronto made out very well in that deal besides moving Kessel so that doesn't surprise me what you said. Seabrook, whether anyone outside of Chicago cares to acknowledge, simply is a winner as well as an incredible leader not to mention very, very clutch in the post season. Your team would be honored, and the prohibited favorite in the EC, to have him, even if it meant sacrificing a Pouliot or a healthy Maatta, IMO. Have a nice day, and good luck next season, friend.
