    That's partially true, he's not worth that contract but he's not trash is still a top 4 D, that's why the sweetener is a first round pick and a solid 3/4 line player with some offensive upside

    Trash is such an unsophisticated word to categorize a player. We really need to stop over exaggerating.

    Dekeyser no matter what stats you use, is a decent player capable of playing top 4 minutes. Is he in the echelon of top 4 dmen? Not really but is he trash? That's just going overboard. He is not.

    I didn't say that, at all. In fact, I would say that Mcdonaugh and Klein are better than Deke, but that's it on the Rangers roster.
