Petro is staying in St Louis. Even if he wished to pursue other teams. No one has the cap to sign besides lower level teams. Far too many moving pieces for teams like Vegas and Toronto to make this work. The Blues will sign him 9x8. They'll have half a year to figure out the rest of their cap. NHL cant afford a season with no fans and players wont do the bubble again. March/April will probably be the start date according to reports from Renaud Lavoie.
The NHL wont get their 82 game schedule it will be similar to the MLB shortened season

His wife is from St Louis and there's absolutely no reason why he'd be trying to leak negotiations if he was planning on leaving St Louis. You dont shame management unless its a ploy

Which teams are willing to take money dumps?? Not bad players teams want to dump. Average to good players a team would need to get rid of to be under the cap. It looks like more teams looking to move salary than teams willing to pay to take on salary...
