I'm pretty sure Ottawa declines. Chabot plays almost half the game for us on the left side and Wolanin was looking very capable in 18-19 and should be fully ready to go this coming season. And Mike Rielly is under contract for another year. IF Ottawa is adding a LHD it's to replace Borowiecki's role. I'd much rather pick up a UFA like Bitetto for a year or two. Cheaper contract, costs us no picks.
