This deal wouldn’t do it, but idk if Seguin could handle NY. Too many distractions compared to Dallas

Don't want the contract. And we're giving up a 1st (which we would only for an RW) with an RW for an LW?

For starters, because the bruins laugh in your face. 2nd round pick could work (not with Kase, just a second). The contract is scary.

Agreed, don't think he can handle all the distractions NYC has to offer.

Because all 3 decline. Thats y not.

Bruins are not interested. They’ll keep their assets and go after Hall if they decide to go that route.

Why are the Rangers continuously making proposals for 1Cs for nothing (Seguin, Matthews, Barkov, Eichel). Like no one wants Ryan Strome, Buchnevich, Troubas cap dump, or anything else that’s being offered for 1Cs.

Chicago easily says no. Murphy is worth a 1st and Georgiev and Gauthier are not. Georgiev is worth a 2nd and Gauthier is hard to pin (easily could be a bust) but has not shown an ability to play in the NHL yet for a guy turning 23 in a few weeks and certainly not worth Murphy.

Let's see Seguin, was on pace for 60 points this season and has struggled in the playoffs, Trouba also struggled on a New York Defense that is typically bad and not to mention he played woth Brendan Smith and Libor Hajek, both of which r terrible defensemen. Id say a swap revolving around the two of them could be a win win, but I should take out the 2nd coming from Dallas

Yeah and Seguin put up 6 70-85 point seasons in a row before this past season. Trouba has never been close to Seguin’s level in value and one season doesn’t change that. Like it’s just annoying these trade proposals where the Rangers get a 1C and the other team gets a collection of ehh players. Otherwise, I guess Zibanejad for Hintz, Faksa, and a 2023 3rd is fair.
