Like I also said, he's also arguably not even a top 75 d-man. And that's a top 3. If he's a "legit top 4" he wouldn't be in the bottom half of #4 d-man in the league. He benefits from the system they play. Put him anywhere else and he'd get exposed. That's not a legit top 4 d-man at all.
