Liljegren sent down again 🙄
SDA gets the 9 game, him and Robertson played amazingly on the petes, lets see if they can transfer that chemistry to the nhl.
TRADES: pesce for Anderson and a 2nd | leafs fit their needs of a defensive d while the canes get a solid goalie (funny how he was drafted my the canes then goes back) + a 2nd round pick incase the value is off. Might be overpaying/underpaying not sure.

Johnsson for a 2nd | could be a 3rd as well, basically a cap dump since buffalo has a lot of holes in their roster.

3rd for holl, thought that was around his value, as I said, it’s a cap dump.

SIGNINGS: markstrom | this is if nucks let him go
Nosek and leivo | depth players
Dermy | 2.25m sounds about right for him

DRAFT | Schneider is a really good option rhd and good defensively. Would have gone with Barron but with his blood clot...

    Andersen isn’t a goalie that changes our playoff chances. He is inconsistent, older, on a one year deal, in that danger area where an extension is highly risky, and Pesce subtracts too much from the roster.

    Spezza over Leivo or Nosek. That's at least 100K in savings for someone who wants to be here.

    Toronto's not getting Pesce for Andersen. I think Toronto ends up selling him for picks if they do.

    Schneider won't be ready for 3-4 years.

    Ya I don't think Carolina fans are gonna like that trade lol. I mean unless Andersen comes with an extension I don't see Carolina moving Pesce for him. I think you can get a late 2nd or early 3rd for Johnsson but Buffalo's pick will likely be in the top 10 of the second round so I don't think they move it for him.

    I would rather resign Andy than sign Markstrom, roughly same age, Andy has been a better goalie essentially every year of his career, except last year.

    If Johnsson was a RW Sabres would probably accept. They already have Skinner, Olofsson and Kahun on the left.
