Pass from Detroit, 32OV would be only moved for a core piece and this isn’t it.

You guys are having lots of success with the players you have right now. Two Stanley cup champs (an elite center), first rounder, and a middle six forward. Yeah. Terrible offer. This is why you guys continuously suck.

Buffalo won’t trade their franchise centre for that return. Detroit won’t trade pick 32OA if we aren’t getting a young piece that can fit into our future back.

A 32nd overall pick doesn't get you a "core piece". It's gets you a complimentary piece. Not saying Detroit takes this deal, but expecting a core piece for that pick is outrageous

Eichel is easily one of the 10 best players in the league and he is 23. The only thing this does for Buffalo is make them older. Kuznetsov (28), Panik (29) and Kempny (30)

Agreed this is really bad for Detroit.

Did I ever say this alone gets a core piece? Detroit wouldn’t make this deal because a 3C does a bottom six winger does what exactly for us?

I think you'd have to gut the team essentially to get Eichel. Something like this could get Buffalo's attention: Buf: Eichel, Washington: Kuz, Alexiyev, McMichael, Vanacek and 2020 & 2021 1st rounders maybe?
