They would retain on Leddy before trading Toews. Cizikas can be traded separately, and they can buyout clutterbuck

NYR are no longer cap strapped with the Staal trade...so they would pass on that...Smith is due 2M in cash less than his cap hit- this creates a little value...so they will probably look for a return in a trade- as opposed to paying to dump him.
In any case Georgi was the main piece in this trade- if you're not interested in his services then the framework of a deal here doesn't exist...all good
