IMO Virtanen for Puljujarvi is a solid proposition. However,
The Canucks know what they have and might not want to trade that for a player that still has something to proove. Also, as much as I'd be happy to see Virtanen in Edmonton, I suspect the Oilers would prefer a similar LW.

chaisson is rumored to be in a deal that involves bjork in boston so this could virtanen could possibly work for them

honestly, Virtanen was a LW for the Calgary Hitmen when he was drafted and I've always thought he plays better on left side than the right. It seems he is more comfortable driving the net from the left, and he needs to do that to be successful in the NHL

What do you think are the odds that Holland can pull off a deal that nets him $500k in cap space while acquiring a young, faster, and more talented player who is under team control for 3 more seasons?
