Canucks are obviously open to moving Virtanen's rights but I doubt he signs for that little AAV.

These are some massive underpays. Do you even know about the players you are trading away/for? These are Leafs fan posts that make people hate us.

Carolina trade will get rejected.

New Jersey trade will probably also get rejected. Think Toronto is taking too much back for what they're providing.

Pittsburgh trade is pretty meh for both teams.

Weird Vancouver trade, don't know what to make of it.

Montreal trade is fine?

Arizona trade isn't great. I'd rather accrue cap space over the season than have Hossa on LITR.

Last two trades are minor so I guess they're fine?

A lot of your signings are pretty underwhelming. Lyubushkin, Virtanen and Maroon are going to want more.

That Hamilton trade is not something the leafs should consider. It could be a ton of assets for one year of Hamilton. He isn't really the guy we need right now anyway.

That New Jersey trade is just one big joke as there is no way Johnsson gets more then a 3rd. You could maybe make an argument that you could get Bastian for Johnsson and a 4th, but you won't get more then that.

The Vancouver trade is a prime example of how quantity will not get you quality. Virtanen signs for 2.5 million at minimum btw.

And the rest are just minor trades that I couldn't care less about.

VAN declines, cause Malgin and Petan are replacement-level spare parts and by the looks of it Rasanen is the Leafs' Tryamkin. Let's put it this way: I wouldn't trade a VAN 2nd round pick for those players, and I think that's roughly what Virtanen will command.

I feel like the Hamilton trade makes sense, he is an #1 RHD.
Who do you think we get to fill that spot?

Trading FOR Hamilton makes sense. However he is one of the top 5 players at his position right now. Carolina is a contending team. You will need to trade more than a few picks and some filler players to get him.

Only Kyle Dubas knows for sure who they're going to get. I think Severson is possible or a UFA acquisition. If it's Dougie Hamilton I bet the ask is Nylander +
