I've seen a couple of posts from Dallas fans suggesting that they trade Seguin for Monahan. I imagine this is just an overreaction from the Cup loss, but is there more to it than that? If there is, and if Seguin waves, Calgary would be all over this.

Yah, I can’t see Dallas doing that at all. Come on Dallas fans. You made it to the cup final, when you weren’t supposed to be in the playoffs. You should be happy about that. Now you just need a few changes and try again next year.

It is an overreaction. Sure he isn't playing like a 9m player but he has looked good just cant get the puck in the net. I would be stunned if he wasn't playing through some kind of arm injury.
