By using only already signed players between 3,000,000 and 3,999,999 and 1 RFA who could realistically sign in between those two amounts. Assemble a better one using a different to be signed player.

Well. theres four RHD to choose from. Demers, Miller, Murphy, and Pionk. I contemplated going with grubauer - Bernier and signing Cernak, but decided a good tandem comes first.
