rangers will probably go after sergachev before they make that McDonagh deal. not that they'll get Serg, but he fits their window more than mcdonagh at this point. although mcdonagh for a protected first is difficult to turn down.

Offers all seem pretty lowball except for Serg. Trades are good though. Lol McDonagh back to the Rangers. Makes sense to be honest.

Rangers need a Top 4 LD badly so I think they’d push to have him back.

I'd rather not give Sergy the 8 year right off the back of a cup. He still looked sketchy at times during the cup run. Give him an identical deal McAvoy got and revisit it in 3 years.

Only if you give him a super low QO so he doesn’t sign it. Could still go to arb and straight to ufa.

I would say the issue would be more cap space than serg’s performance. He’s the type of guy you would like to lick up while you can.

I think Mc Donought has 2 more years.. tops.. him and Stamkos .. next year could work .. BOTH need to gone b4 Point contract in 2 years
