I could see PHI taking this. Its a bad return for Ghost and JVR but I think its realistic. Vatrano alone makes it worth it imo. $4.5M in extra cap space is pretty valuable right now. I think Weeger's QO would be $1.6m (if im doing that right) so depending on arbitration, theres a chance he wouldnt even get an offer from PHI.
