The only way Minnesota accepts that trade is if that first round pick is in 2020, not 2022.

Sure dude Dumba is nowhere near enough to get the #4 pick, Wild would need to add big time to get the 4th pick.

Bertuzzi and Mantha get way more money, Jacob Markstrom wants $6 million per he'd stay in Vancouver for that. And most of those trades are pretty meh. Biega on the top pairing sure as hell hope not.

I get that, but Dumba is also our best trade chip at this point. Trading him for a LD we don't really need and a pick that is 2 years away from happening, much less possibly contributing to the team would be idiotic. I'd rather add to move up in this year's draft than move him for a player that doesn't solve any issues on our team and an asset that could be 5 years away from doing anything meaningful on our roster.
