That's far too little for Josh Anderson. His QO is $2.1M, and to sign him on an offer sheet, you'd be giving up at least a 2nd, because Columbus will match up to anywhere around $3.5 or $4M. And as I said, his QO is $2.1M, and he has arbitration rights, so you're too low on his salary anyway.

Ottawa wouldn't buyout Smith because they would save less than 1M and then have to fill that roster spot anyways. They would play him for the year, hope he plays well and flip him at deadline for pick. But I could see that happening as they don't have $ to burn on LTIR like NYR/TOR/etc. ADA and Lemieux will cost more than what you have there. 5/5.5M for ADA and 1.25M-1.75M for Lemieux I would say. Strome at 4 years max in my opinion.
