I don't see NSH having interest in Strome. They're looking for top 6 goal scorers, not playmakers.

The Chicago trade is interesting ... could potentially work.

IMO Cirelli would cost more than that. Howden is good and has potential, but Cirelli is a proven top-6 player, so I think the Rangers would need to add to that deal.

Ryan Strome, after the season he just had, could probably get the Rangers more than a 2nd in my opinion.

How does that work for Chicago when we have Boqvist, Mitchell (one of the top 2 or 3 defenders coming out of the NCAA), Murphy, Seabrook and another very good RHD prospect in Regula a year or two off?

Quick reminder that criticism should be - at minimum - constructive. Keep it civil lads.

I love Seabrook but old and kind of broken. Thinking they need to move both Seabrook and Duncan. Cirelli is proven top 6 but TBL has no $$$ in the bank and Howden gives them a year of 800K playing. Would gladly throw in the 22nd pick this year to sweeten that pot. Think Bread likes the other Strome, so just hoping to not overpay. Maybe he could get more than a 2nd, but I think Tony D is a nice 3rd pair PP dee. Too small for grind

St Louis for Callaghan was fleecing?

Naestnikov, Howden, Hajek, Nils Lundquist and Karl for JT and McD. Guess we can agree to disagree

How does that help Chicago when we have Boqvist, Mitchell (again one of the top D guys and top 1 or 2 D guys from NCAA players turning pro), Murphy who's rock solid and a good prospect in Regula all on the right side not to mention seabs. You are missing the point that the Blackhawks are stacked on the right side of their d.

I never said it's an easy yes from Chicago ... the word I used was "interesting" and I said it "could work". The value is pretty good IMO.

My point is, if you understand the Chicago roster, it's not remotely interesting and doesn't work.

I guess CHI has a 50 point RD that I missed? Seabrook is 35 and a great guy, 8 yrs ago (hell even 4) I might say the same. LTIR buried right now and return is questionable. So I guess you are right I don't understand the Chicago roster---

Boqvist, Mitchell, Murphy; we don't have room and that's without Seabrook playing. We aren't benching our two best prospects in Boqvist and Mitchell and Murphy was easily our best defender. Again this is with Seabrook sitting on the bench so not sure why you're hung up on Seabrook?
