No reason for Detroit to make that deal IMO ... Laine is great but I think that's too much. Hamilton is a top pairing d-man and Bokk, last I checked, is expected to be a top 6 (or at least top 9) NHL forward, and then add Dzingel, Bean, and a 1st, and I don't think McKenzie and a 3rd is enough to even it out. Just my opinion.

Yeah that a no from the canes. Hamilton for Laine straight up maybe, but no way the canes also include all the other pieces as well

except dougie already played coming off that injury and looked completely fine. Cant play the injury card if the guy already played...
