Don't see the islanders getting anything back for Leddy, boychuck or Ladd. if you remove the thirds coming back in the latter two, as for the jets remove ladd or Vaisalinin and its pretty close.

The isles wouldn’t do this trade with Ladd, let alone without him included.

Leddy is not a cap dump - he won’t fetch a solid return, but a mid- late rd pick is realistic

Then why are you trading him over others?
Most years yes but this year useful players like that you'll be giving them away if not outright paying a team to take them. When you break it down there's 0 cap space league wide factoring internal caps with the pandemic

Because the isles have more important RFAs to sign. It’s already been reported isles will receive calls on Leddy, they might have to retain some salary (under 1 mill) but he has value in a trade and they won’t have to give up assets to move him.

I don't see the Jets taking Ladd in a flat cap world for 3 years.
