You undersold Ryan and to a team that wouldn't want him.

While I think thats a fair deal for Holtby, I doubt he accepts it

How on earth could a 29 year old C better than Ryan for less money, a D man paid less than what Brodie will get and is better defensively, a goalie that give the Flames some semblance of stability in their crease if Rittich is a second half dump again next year and walks in FA send you to Seattle. If that's the case get the jersey and head out! You'd fit well as a Rain City **** Pigeon!

Tanev sucks, you want a defensive guy bring back Hamonic for that price, basically the same thing.
Did Bennett not just earn the 3C spot to you? I think he did, if not then you have Ryan for the back up role and Gawdin coming up. Haula is mediocre and just blocks our young guys yet you gave him 4 years. Holtby has **** the bed for 2 years straight, I would rather trade for Murray or Andersen then rely too much on Holtby.

Hamonic isn't even expected to play next year with Covid....
Absolutely not, playoff Bennett can play C well, Lucic took a ton of faceoffs and they beat up on a depleted Winnipeg team, Dallas exposed how poorly Bennett plays in his own end, if they get an offensive start where they can cycle the puck, beat up on the D and maybe pop one in, great, sounds like a good 4C.
What young guys at C? Pelletier, MEP, Ruzicka, Zavorodney can't be expected to play C for the next 2-3 years, if that's the case Haula bridges that gap beautifully
2018-20
Holtby: 107GP .905/2.95 .524 Quality Starts 20 Really Bad Starts
Murray 88GP .911/2.77 .511 QS 18 RBS (Give up assets to get)
Andersen: 112GP .914/2.81 .580 QS 15 RBS (Asks for a bigger contract in a year or walks)

Projecting out Murray's number to equal GP, it could be argued that his numbers would be similar to Holtby. Andersen is the best statistical option, worst contract option. Talbot of the four is likely the most efficient option with Holtby being the highest boom/bust risk.

Must be nice not to put an ACGM Flames roster in 3 1/2 weeks but yet sit back and snipe at everyone who does. Come on man put your suggestions up if your going to hammer those of us that do.

Is do this from Detroit but I think you’re getting ripped off. I think Ryan would be interesting to Yzerman as he brought back Gagner because he is a RS.
