My name is Alex and I am with the Proshot Podcast. My friend Reesor and I made this mock draft for our podcast follwers but we want to share it with you all too.

1. Alexis Lafrenière (New York Rangers) (Details: no reason to explain. He will play for the Rangers next season. He will be a top line forward.).
2. Tim Stützle (Los Angeles Kings) (Details: Tim is a great player and besides Laff is the most complete player in the draft. He played in a men’s league in Europe and did very well for a 17 going into 18 year old. He has shown a full 200 ft game for such a young player and would fit well with the young core moving for the team. (Thomas, Kaliyev and Ingham). He will be a top line forward.).
3. Quinton Byfield (Ottawa Senators from San Jose Sharks) (Details: Future number 1 center for Ottawa and a much needed center man. The only we have him at 3 is because Stuzle plays a more complete game right. He will play for the Senators next season. He will be a top line forward.).
4. Cole Perfetti (Detroit Red Wings) (Details: Before I explain Perfetti, I will say the Red Wing will either pick Perfetti or Rossi. Reason we say Cole is because of the fact that he did more with less playing in Saginaw while Rossi played with a stacked team so his points are a tiny bit inflated. Not to say Rossi won’t be an elite player because he absolutely will.  It has been heard that Yzerman likes Perfetti a lot and Cole has been working on his skating this offseason while Rossi plays more like Pavel Dastyuk which could be great for the Wings but we feel in the long run Cole would be better for them to pick. His ETA is 1-2 years. He will be a top 6 forward because of who the wings have now.).
5. Lucas Raymond (Ottawa Senators) (Details: Ottawa’s defensive corp is stacked for the future. They do not need defense. They need offense and we think they would select the best winger around besides Laff which is Lucas Raymond. If Laff was not around Raymond would have been the best winger in the draft. He has an offensive dream and has a great hockey IQ. His shot is scary and has a good attitude when it comes to hockey. He would be great to watch with Byfield as his line mate. He has signed a new deal with his club in Europe so he will not be in Ottawa for next season. He will be ready for the 2021-2022 season as he will be free of his Frolunda contract. His ETA is 1 year because of the contract, (If he did not have the contract then he would be with Ottawa for the 2020-2021 season) He will be a top line forward.).

Jamie Drysdale (Anaheim Ducks) (Details: Reason for Jamie here is because the Ducks have a good handle on their future top 6 core but they don’t have that cornerstone d man that will be in charge for their top line and we think that is the best offensive d man in the draft, Jamie Drysdale. He will be a top 2 d man and his ETA is 2-3 years.).
7. Jake Sanderson (New Jersey Devils) (Details: Sanderson to NJ is an interesting one, In an interview Jake said he talked to NJ the most. We believe they could pick him not just because of the great defensive game he brings. In a team that has their future top 6 core almost made and also have 2 more picks in the first round to get more offense, we think they will go for the guy to be that shutdown d man that could put a good amount of points as his offensive game is currently on the rise. He will be a top 4 d man and his ETA is 1-2 years.).
8. Alexander Holtz (Buffalo Sabres) (Details: Eichel needs another line partner that is not Sam Reinhart. We think Buffalo will go to the best goalscorer in the draft with Alexander Holtz. In a pretty diverse team that has Canadians, Europeans and Americans we can see them take the Swedish forward. The first thing on his mind is goals, goals and more goals. He is a solid skater and has a very good Hockey IQ. He has the best shot in the entire draft that is accurate and fast. He is signed to his team in Europe for another year so he would not make the jump to the Buffalo Organization after Draft day but after that contract is over, we can see him making the 2021-2022 opening day roster and contribute big time for Buffalo and hopefully be a good line mate for Jack Eichel (If he is still with them by then). He will be a top line forward and his ETA is 1 year.).
9. Marco Rossi (Minnesota Wild) (Details: As we said at 4, It will either be Perfetti or Rossi going 4th overall and the other one not taken would most likely go to the Wild. We say Rossi will go 9th which may seem low for him but we think picks that have been made are justified. Rossi is a great skater. Very close to Pavel Datsyuk. He plays like him and for the Wild that would be a breath of fresh air. He would be a great player for them. He will be a top 6 forward and his ETA is 1 year.).
10. Anton Lundell (Winnipeg Jets) (Details: Lundell shows great promise as a two way forward. For a two way forward he has a great shot, almost sniper like shot. We say he will go to the Jets as right now they are currently shopping Laine and would need a good player with a killer shot to fill in for. He has a good hockey IQ and is also a good passer. He will be a top 6 forward and his ETA is 2 years.).
11. Seth Jarvis (Nashville Predators) (Details: Seth Jarvis is a great forward. He has a good shot and has offense on his mind first. A great allround player and is the best RW in the draft. We see him go to the Preds as they could use an upgrade in skill as he is full of it. He will be a top 6 forward and his ETA is 2-3 years.).
12. Jack Quinn (Florida Panthers) (Details: Florida will take the second best goalscorer in the draft and that is Jack Quinn. A great shot and great skater, Quinn would give the Panthers something they don’t have, a goalscorer. They have Owen Tippet who will make the team next year but adding Quinn will bolster their top 6 and they should have the best right wingers in the game in near future with Quinn and Tippet. He will be a top 6 forward and Quinn’s ETA is 2-3 years.).
13. Yaroslav Askarov (Carolina Hurricanes from Toronto Maple Leafs) (Details: Carolina needs goaltending. They are trying to move one of their goalies if it be Riemer or Mrzark. They don’t have any good goalies in their pipeline so we think they will go for the future elite goalie in Yaroslav Askarov. The russian shows the skills to be successful in the league. To us he is in that grey area of Elite and Franchise. He is in the middle of those 2. He is the best goalie in the draft and if he is not taken here at 13 then he will for sure be taken in the top 10.
His ETA is 1 year.).
14. Dawson Mercer (Edmonton Oilers) (Details: Mercer is a great RW and would be a much needed piece to the 2 man team of Edmonton. As they are thinking of shopping some guys or getting a big d man upgrade in Oilver Ekman-Larsson. They need to start growing more talent and that prize piece is Dawson Mercer. He is very skillful and can manage to keep up with guys like McDavid or Leon. He will be a top 6 forward and his ETA is 2-3 years.).
15. Braden Schneider (Toronto Maple Leafs from Pittsburgh Penguins) (Details: Branden is the living example of Alex Pietrangelo 2.0. Tall, great skater and has great offensive instincts. In a time where we don’t know where he is going I think Braden would be perfect for Toronto’s d corp as they are lacking with the loss of Tyson Barrie and the pilong known as Cody Ceci. He would be a top 4 d man and his ETA is 2-3 years).
16. Rodion Amirov (Montreal Canadiens) (Details: Rodion is a great winger with great offensive wiring. He has a great shot and is a solid skater. He would be a good fit with the diverse group in Montreal and he would fit well with their young system. He plays a good 200 ft game as well. He will be a top 6 forward and his ETA is 2 years.).
17. Connor Zary (Chicago Blackhawks) (Details: Zary blasts his opponents away with his speed and great shot. He is able to get into corners very easily and get out of tough zones as well. He reminds of Johfnny Hockey a bit but we see him go to the Hawks who could use an explosive player with great skill and speed. He will be a top 6 forward and his ETA is 2-3 years).
18. Noel Gunler (New Jersey Devils from Arizona Coyotes) (Details: Gunler is an underrated two way player who has a good shot and has good playmaking ability. Besides Ottawa’s 3 and 5 picks we believe this to be the best spot for a team to pick 2 players in between 1 as the first round is deep this year. Gunler was supposed to be a top 10 pick but fell. He has top 15 pick talent and more and would be a great add on the top 6 or top 9 of NJ. His ETA is 2 years.).
19. Dylan Holloway (Calgary Flames) (Details: Holloway is a Johnny Hockey type player when it comes to his style of plad but physical is the least from Johnny Hockey. Lean kid with muscle that has a good wrister, Dylan can skate very well and fast for a guy as his skating is the best part of his game. With his big long and powerful lower body build he is a threat for sure. Personally for myself (Alex) I see him as a later pick but since this was a collab we picked a more ideal spot for Dylan. He will be a top 6 or 9 forward and his ETA is 2-3 yearsy).
20. Mavrik Bourque (New Jersey Devils from Vancouver Canucks) (Details: Bourque is a great player who has a willingness to learn. He is the type ofplayer that gets better more and more and learns when he can. Getting better in the OMJHL and now captain of the  Shawinigan Cataractes, he is a force to be reckoned with one of the best playmaking sets in the draft this year. He will be a necessary playmaker to a NJ team that has gotten goal scoring so far in the draft. He will be a top 9 forward and his ETA is 2-3 years.).
21. Jacob Perreault (Columbus Blue Jackets) (Details: Jacob is a great all round player who has shown good leadership skills with Sarnia and has a great two way game when it comes to getting goals, assists and being a good 200 ft player. A great skater with smooth transitions from offensive to defensive. He will be a top 9 player but could go into top 6 if Torts gets his head out of his ass. His ETA is 2-3 years.).
22. Kaiden Guhle (New York Rangers from Carolina Hurricanes) (Details: With the recent extension of Tony Deangelo, the chances of the Rangers trading Adam Fox is high. For a team that has the offensive dream, they need to establish their defensive group again. With this we think they will take the best left handed d man besides Sanderson which is Kaiden Guhle of the Prince Albert Raiders. He is a great offensive d man who would fit in to the Rangers top 4 really well. Good passer with a great hockey sense, he will be a great player no matter what team he goes to. He will be a top 4 d man and his ETA is 2-3 years.).
23. Ridly Greig (Philadelphia Flyers) (Details: Greig is a great grit grinder (if you get the reference you are a true hockey fan). A Domi like player where he will get you a lot of points and can be relied on when it comes to offense but is not afraid to get physical with his game. Aggressive and tough, we can see him fit well with the Flyers system. He is like a more offensive Kevin Hayes when it comes to their game. He will be a top 9 player and his ETA is 2-3 years.).
24. John-Jason Peterka (Washington Capitals) (Details: J.J has a very powerful set of legs. His best skill is his skating. Powerful strides but smooth all at the same time. He is very skilled as well and will show up his opponent at the right time. He played against men this past season and has been a tough cookie to break when it came to his physical game. Very good when it comes to getting points and would be a great fit with the Caps as he is like Jakub Vrana but more defensively sound. Not a top 6 player but for sure a top 9 and his ETA is 2-3 years.).
25. Hendrix Lapierre (Colorado Avalanche) (Details: Here is an interesting pick. A former top 10 projected pick now at 25. Lapierre fell that hard because of his concussions. His frequency of them scared some scouts off as he has top 10 talent but his health and consistency when it comes to staying healthy that might be something some teams are scared of with a decent pick at 25. We say the Avs because they don’t need more offence. Hendrix would be a project but not a project like Justin Barron who would be more of a project due to his blood clot issues. If Hendrix develops well then he will be a great player in the top 9 for an already stacked Colorado team. His ETA will be 2-3 years.).
26. Helge Grans (St. Louis Blues) (Details: This year’s draft is mostly about offence. Which is why we have the 6th ranked Europe skater here at 26th overall. We say the Blues will take the right shot d man because of the fact that the more days go by, the more unlikely it is that they will resign their captain Alex Pietrangelo. A cornerstone defenseman and landmark for the team. They will need to replace him. Grans has good offensive instincts and is a great skater. He would be that plug when it comes to the missing link that Alex will leave as of right now, he most likely won’t resign with St. Louis. He will be a top 4 d man and his ETA is 2 years.).
27. Lukas Reichel (Anaheim Ducks from Boston Bruins) (Details: Reichel is a great two player. Having played in the DEL it shows that he is at another level when it came to his success in the DEL last season as he put up solid numbers. He could crack the Ducks top 6 on the second line when the time comes but right now he is a top 9 pick but a great one at that. Great skater, great shot, good vision. He has the tools to be a solid winger for years to come. His ETA is 2 years.).
28. Tyson Foerster (Ottawa Senators from New York Islanders) (Details: Hey Ottawa, long time no see. We say they will take more forwards. They will take Tyson Foerster. Tyson had a breakout year with the Barrie Colts of the OHL. He went from 23 points to 80 points in the difference of 1 season. Absolutely remarkable. Now if he can sustain, that is the real question. It will all depend on how he plays this upcoming OHL season. If he plays like last season then he will be a steal. If not then Ottawa has 4 second round picks to focus on. Right now we say he will be a top 9 forward on a stacked Senators team and his ETA will be 2-3 years.).
29. Ryan O'Rourke (Vegas Golden Knights) (Details: Vegas has the offence. They got that down but they need defense. They have a possible top 4 guy in Nic Hauge but they need to give him playing to see what he is all about. They need a guy like Shea Theadore. So with that we think they will take Ryan O’Rourke from the Soo Greyhounds of the OHL. O’Rourke is a great smooth skater, reminds me of Sandin (former Greyhound) and has good offensive movements. He could be a great piece to a lackluster Vegas D group. I can see him making the top 4 in the future but for now, we say top 6 and his ETA is 2-3 years.).
30. Marat Khusnutdinov (Dallas Stars) (Details: Dallas almost won a cup, they could use a good forward from the draft. They would get that from Khusnutdinov. Speedy with good skills and has a good shot. He would bring in some fresh air with that speed of his. He will be a top 9 piece to Dallas and his ETA is 2-3 years.).
31. Jan Mysak (San Jose Sharks from Tampa Bay Lightning) (Details: Jan Mysak in Hamilton with the Bulldogs of the OHL played well for the time he was there. He split time fulfilling international duties with Russia but in that time showed potential to be a first round pick and he does in our list. He skates well and has good playmaking skills and also has a decent shot too. The Sharks need offence. They have 2 of the best offensive d men in the NHL in Burns and Karlsson. They need to start focusing on making and growing talent and Jan would be a good start to it as they took a d man in ego filled Ryan Merkely in the first round who at the time was a wild pick because of his attitude issues. He will be a top 9 forward and his ETA is 2-3 years.).

He has top 15 pick talent and more and would be a great add on the top 6 or top 9 of NJ. His ETA is 2 years.
19	-	Dylan Holloway	Holloway is a Johnny Hockey type player when it comes to his style of plad but physical is the least from Johnny Hockey. Lean kid with muscle that has a good wrister, Dylan can skate very well and fast for a guy as his skating is the best part of his game. With his big long and powerful lower body build he is a threat for sure. Personally for myself (Alex) I see him as a later pick but since this was a collab we picked a more ideal spot for Dylan. He will be a top 6 or 9 forward and his ETA is 2-3 yearsy
20		Mavrik Bourque	Bourque is a great player who has a willingness to learn. He is the type ofplayer that gets better more and more and learns when he can. Getting better in the OMJHL and now captain of the Shawinigan Cataractes, he is a force to be reckoned with one of the best playmaking sets in the draft this year. He will be a necessary playmaker to a NJ team that has gotten goal scoring so far in the draft. He will be a top 9 forward and his ETA is 2-3 years.
21	-	Jacob Perreault	Jacob is a great all round player who has shown good leadership skills with Sarnia and has a great two way game when it comes to getting goals, assists and being a good 200 ft player. A great skater with smooth transitions from offensive to defensive. He will be a top 9 player but could go into top 6 if Torts gets his head out of his ass. His ETA is 2-3 years.
22		Kaiden Guhle	With the recent extension of Tony Deangelo, the chances of the Rangers trading Adam Fox is high. For a team that has the offensive dream, they need to establish their defensive group again. With this we think they will take the best left handed d man besides Sanderson which is Kaiden Guhle of the Prince Albert Raiders. He is a great offensive d man who would fit in to the Rangers top 4 really well. Good passer with a great hockey sense, he will be a great player no matter what team he goes to. He will be a top 4 d man and his ETA is 2-3 years.
23	-	Ridly Greig	Greig is a great grit grinder (if you get the reference you are a true hockey fan). A Domi like player where he will get you a lot of points and can be relied on when it comes to offense but is not afraid to get physical with his game. Aggressive and tough, we can see him fit well with the Flyers system. He is like a more offensive Kevin Hayes when it comes to their game. He will be a top 9 player and his ETA is 2-3 years.
24	-	John-Jason Peterka	J.J has a very powerful set of legs. His best skill is his skating. Powerful strides but smooth all at the same time. He is very skilled as well and will show up his opponent at the right time. He played against men this past season and has been a tough cookie to break when it came to his physical game. Very good when it comes to getting points and would be a great fit with the Caps as he is like Jakub Vrana but more defensively sound. Not a top 6 player but for sure a top 9 and his ETA is 2-3 years.
25	-	Hendrix Lapierre	Here is an interesting pick. A former top 10 projected pick now at 25. Lapierre fell that hard because of his concussions. His frequency of them scared some scouts off as he has top 10 talent but his health and consistency when it comes to staying healthy that might be something some teams are scared of with a decent pick at 25. We say the Avs because they don’t need more offence. Hendrix would be a project but not a project like Justin Barron who would be more of a project due to his blood clot issues. If Hendrix develops well then he will be a great player in the top 9 for an already stacked Colorado team. His ETA will be 2-3 years.
26	-	Helge Grans	This year’s draft is mostly about offence. Which is why we have the 6th ranked Europe skater here at 26th overall. We say the Blues will take the right shot d man because of the fact that the more days go by, the more unlikely it is that they will resign their captain Alex Pietrangelo. A cornerstone defenseman and landmark for the team. They will need to replace him. Grans has good offensive instincts and is a great skater. He would be that plug when it comes to the missing link that Alex will leave as of right now, he most likely won’t resign with St. Louis. He will be a top 4 d man and his ETA is 2 years.
27		Lukas Reichel	Reichel is a great two player. Having played in the DEL it shows that he is at another level when it came to his success in the DEL last season as he put up solid numbers. He could crack the Ducks top 6 on the second line when the time comes but right now he is a top 9 pick but a great one at that. Great skater, great shot, good vision. He has the tools to be a solid winger for years to come. His ETA is 2 years.
28		Tyson Foerster	Hey Ottawa, long time no see. We say they will take more forwards. They will take Tyson Foerster. Tyson had a breakout year with the Barrie Colts of the OHL. He went from 23 points to 80 points in the difference of 1 season. Absolutely remarkable. Now if he can sustain, that is the real question. It will all depend on how he plays this upcoming OHL season. If he plays like last season then he will be a steal. If not then Ottawa has 4 second round picks to focus on. Right now we say he will be a top 9 forward on a stacked Senators team and his ETA will be 2-3 years.
29	-	Ryan O'Rourke	Vegas has the offence. They got that down but they need defense. They have a possible top 4 guy in Nic Hauge but they need to give him playing to see what he is all about. They need a guy like Shea Theadore. So with that we think they will take Ryan O’Rourke from the Soo Greyhounds of the OHL. O’Rourke is a great smooth skater, reminds me of Sandin (former Greyhound) and has good offensive movements. He could be a great piece to a lackluster Vegas D group. I can see him making the top 4 in the future but for now, we say top 6 and his ETA is 2-3 years.
30	-	Marat Khusnutdinov	Dallas almost won a cup, they could use a good forward from the draft. They would get that from Khusnutdinov. Speedy with good skills and has a good shot. He would bring in some fresh air with that speed of his. He will be a top 9 piece to Dallas and his ETA is 2-3 years.
31		Jan Mysak	Jan Mysak in Hamilton with the Bulldogs of the OHL played well for the time he was there. He split time fulfilling international duties with Russia but in that time showed potential to be a first round pick and he does in our list. He skates well and has good playmaking skills and also has a decent shot too. The Sharks need offence. They have 2 of the best offensive d men in the NHL in Burns and Karlsson. They need to start focusing on making and growing talent and Jan would be a good start to it as they took a d man in ego filled Ryan Merkely in the first round who at the time was a wild pick because of his attitude issues. He will be a top 9 forward and his ETA is 2-3 years.

That's what worries me with Leafs fans if the team selects Schneider at #15. Most scouts don't expect him to become a productive defenseman in the NHL. If you don't like Ceci, you may be disappointed. But he can evolve into a very useful player for the team, in a mold that we don't have, similar to Brandon Carlo. I wouldn't mind that pick, but I don't expect Dubas to do that. This ordering is just the same as everyone else, though, and not likely to happen on Tuesday in any case.

I have to respectful disagree with you. Branden is a great player and if the leafs don't draft by need then we can never win a cup. Also, Ceci is a free agent and we have no intention of getting him back. He did nothing with the leafs and has not done much in the nhl so far. Wish him the best though in his career.
