I assume he’s worth a 2nd ish.? 2nd + kempny would be slightly too much so I added an average prospect. Thought it was cool. Fair or did I overpay?

I'd honestly say a little bit of an overpay right now.

High 3rd at most imo. His ceiling is probably your standard top 9 scoring winger, and those pest-like tendencies. At worst he can be a slightly more skilled 4th liner.

Looked at his numbers. He takes time to adjust but when he does he’sa solid player. I think he could be a Wilson jr.

I dont think Raddysh is really s prospect, so this would be an overpay.

I like this deal for both teams. Lemieux gives WSH someone to get the puck out of the corners on each line, whether or not he ever develops a skill game. Kempny is better than Staal at less than half the cap hit. A good stay at home to let the Rangers' legion of offensive RHD do their thing. IMHO Kempny>Lemieux and 2nd>Raddysh. Maybe NYR tosses back a 5th or 6th, but I really like it.

Maybe swap Raddysh with Anderson or a better prospect?

I don't think NYR would go for Anderson. They want to save him for a bigger deal. But maybe throw in Gettinger? On a team with as weak a farm system as the Caps, Raddysh and Gettinger might really get the opportunity to develop.
