He was on the PP in the playoffs what's the excuse for him dropping back to a sub 0.5PPG player in those 24 games?

People on this site seem to have no idea how nhl teams are run. They have scouts. Scouting reports are used to evaluate what a player can do for your team. GM’s don’t go on hickey dB and say yeah... he looks good.

IF TBL is lucky they can give away a Killorn to a team that isnt on his 16/31 team No Trade List
Of which can take on his 4.5m cap for 3 years eliminating about half the remaining 15 teams eligible leaving TBL with
7 viable suitors of which many are contenders with a secure wing like BOS for example or TML.

I think you also gotta factor in TBL has 5.3m to sign 4 Forwards and 3 D to minimum contracts along with Cirelli and Sergachev are Offer Sheet targets as TBL is in no position to match anything over 4m for either right now. Winning a cup makes them far less likely to take less to stay as there value is now established and their time for a payday is now.

TBL gives away Killorn for less to ensure they can sign Sergy and Cirelli rather then let them entertain offers from teams looking to take advantage of TBL cap hell
