All the RFAs will get at least 1M more each .. delete Maroon ( bet he goes to Cup contender #3 .. Colorado) .. trade Colburn Mc Ilhennhy .. got to play the young guys .. Volkov Stephens Verhegee Balle Buree and Foote ...

We've literally seen guys like Bjugstad and Maatta given away to clear cap space from teams that needed it far less than Tampa. Johnson and Killorn are much better players, but there is no chance you get those kinds of returns because Tampa is also in a much worse cap situation and everyone knows it. FOr a team like the Flames, it makes way more sense to try and land CIrelli via offer sheet and offer him 5x5 and pay a 1st and a3rd, than it does to pay a 2nd and 3rd for Johnson.

I honestly think Tampa will be lucky if they get a single 3rd round pick for either of these players.
