I doubt they look to trade back for picks. They have picks, they're probably looking for players. I would be interested in Georgiev since Ottawa seems to be looking for a goalie, but I doubt he's available post Lundqvist buyout.

It would not surprise me if Ottawa kicked on Ryan Strome, though I personally would stay away from him.

The problem is I don't think he wants a one year deal, and there's no reason to give up a 2nd to get a guy for a rental. I think Strome's next deal will be ugly.
