Makes way to much sense. I like Krebs more but Glass fills the right shot center need. Wish Vegas still had Suzuki, I wanted him before they moved him to Montreal.

I struggled with the 1st when I added Roy to the deal, but I think it needs to stay because the Wild are taking MAF and his entire caphit.

Hes a good player, retain if you have to but the 1st is overkill

Yep this exactly. Marleau cost a first for Toronto to move, Fleury has a worse contract compared to Marleau. If it doesn't cost Vegas a first to move him, whoever hypothetically acquires him is out of their mind. I looked at islt as Fleury and a first for Stalock, Glass and Roy for Dumba and Greenway

Marleau cost the Leafs a first. If I'm Guerin, I'm asking for a first+ to take Fleury for Stalock. Dumba would cost them Krebs or Glass of I'm Guerin

I don't think Vegas deals both Roy and Glass. They'll need one of the cheap young centers for next year.

Nonstop awful proposals Vegas would never say yes to. Does any Wild fan seriously think Vegas will give up Glass or Krebs? Or are you all dreaming?

Anybody that's been paying attention knows insiders, including Minnesota's own insider, have been saying Vegas is looking for a 3rd team to flip MAF to to eat salary. That is the only deal that makes sense.

Fleury is ok... Not the player he used to be that's for sure and he's turning 36, signed until he's 38. When you factor that plus his worse contract compared to Marleau and the flat cap, yeah I'm asking for a 1st plus to take him if I'm Billy.

You are probably right, but I would push very hard for Roy. I’ll throw in Bjugstad and retain 1/2...

I've been paying attention, but that is assuming Pietrangelo is going to Vegas and the Wild are keeping Dumba. We have a lot of space but still need to sign Greenway and Kunin which doesn't leave much room to eat Fleury's full contract. If they miss out on Pietro then they've been linked to Dumba in the past so I'm sure there'd be interest and if we trade Dumba then we can eat Fleury's contract.

Fleury was the same not good as Lundqvist last year, and Stalock was better than both of them. Fleury will be 36 when the season starts, and goalies usually don't usually falloff slowly; they tend to fall off a cliff.

They both have solid hockey left, hank was the #1 but hasn't been starter caliber in about 3 years

I love this concept so much, which means it will never happen.

True, but at the same time, Flower makes a decent bridge to Kahkonen with that 2 year contract.

I'm not saying I don't want Fleury since I think our defense can make him look better than he is like they did with Dubnyk for years, but he's still not the player he used to be. He's a fine stop-gap for Kahkonen and I'd take the first round pick it should (key word) take to offload him.

Or Krebs. Or Roy. This deal just doesn’t get done.

Sure a Fleury deal can get done but leave the rest out of it
