    i cant see the sabres taking that. #8 could and should be more elite from this draft than any of those players would be combined. strome is nothing without panarin.

    The Sabres are such a tough trade partner for the Rangers right now because we really don't have something expendable that they really need. They just got Eric Staal, potentially Cozens and Mittelstadt playing next year, I don't know where Strome fits. I think Buchenvich would be the better dangling piece as they could use help on the Right Side and the Rangers potentially have Kravtsov making the jump

    Too wide of a gap between 8 and 22. Strome is a 30 point player without Panarin. Sabres don't have Panarin...
