For Detroit, sure, why the hell not? Both players could probably use a change of scenery...

It's still a decline to me, perlini is in the NHL while bracco is never getting out of the ahl

It might be a downgrade but I doubt we qualify Perlini so might as well get something for him.

Yeah I agree, I rather let perlini walk for free then take bracco back. Contract limits are a thing, don't want this guy. Same reasons we sat no for engvall and holl for 7ths, just won't help us out

All of these trades make Toronto worse. Simple as that. Also the Columbus one is a massive overpayment

Guys. Jenner is a great guy and player but this is 2020 not 2000 where having leadership got you a first plus. He’s a 3rd line center that is great at face offs and in the d zone. He’s not worth kerfoot and a first. That’s crazy

FYI he drives me nuts so who knows maybe I undervalue him.

Barkley Goodrow and Blake Coleman both got firsts. Sometimes you have to overpay. I think its a strategic overpay to get a player you really need and that's a matchup center who can move up and down your lineup, kill penalties, and be what you need him to be. I think the Leafs need a really good 2-way 3rd line center with some grit who can kill penalties and there aren't a lot of better matches than Jenner.

Very true. He just bothers me a lot in the offensive zone. Kills momentum and I take for granted what he does in the other zones. You may be right.
