Why would you want to downgrade at C? And to give up Dermott AND Kerfoot? Makes no sense. There are way ways to do that, even ones that involve trading those two. But Sam Bennett is not the one.

SJ has no reason to trade for Johnsson anymore.

Calgary doesn't take that. Rather have Bennett and too many LD already. Dermott would be a 3 on the left side.

I think TOR fans are going to be in for a shock when they realize the market to dump cap is tougher than they realize.
I don't see anyone lining up for the Johnsson contract. The picks will be going the other way on it.

I don't know what Johnsson will get but he's not a straight dump. Same age as Josh Anderson, but played in half as many games but AJs ppg is slightly higher. Not saying you'll get Domi & 3rd but he has value & you won't have to pay to move him.

yeah you forgot the point where Anderson is a 6'3 230lb nightmare to deal with. And Johnson is 5'3 and well....good luck with that.

5'10" & 195 & again just as productive
