Can’t have too many quality D. If in a year or two you don’t need him he will be worth more than that pick. Young D just build value better than any position closer to nhl readiness. Extremely smart pick in my opinion. C position will be filled for years to come well before anyone chosen would be ready to make an impact. I really can’t stress how great of a pick that was.

Honestly, I’m happy with Schneider, seems like a good kid and has skill. Also he can lay a mean hit, and outside of Lemieux and on the occasion Trouba, we don’t have too too much of that.

uhhh Tony? Lindgren? Foxy had a few biggies this year. Fast if he's back hammers guys. Rangers have a ton of guys who play with an edge. Laf Kakko Buch and Gauthier all have the ability to throw their weight around if they decide to, albeit rare.
