Jarvis isn't a C and he's nowhere near being NHL ready yet. Probably still 2-3 years away.

Listed as a C/RW in the draft. He can probably play anywhere in the lineup. The kid says he models his game after Point

EDIT: Played C for Portland as well

Yeah but he's basically being drafted as a future RW not Center at the NHL level.

Huh? Whered you get that from? Hes going to play the position hes best at. Whether that be Center or RW we will see in a couple years. Why not play him at center if that means we are getting another stud centerman?

I'm calling it now: Jarvis will be one of the most productive players of this draft in the NHL. Mark my words. I was hoping he'd slip to 15, but the Canes have a wise scouting team, unfortunately for the Leafs.
